Après Glow is owned and operated by Claudia Mickle. Texan born and raised, raised in McAllen and moved to Austin after graduating from college with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Austin has been her home for 4 years now, and is where she met her husband and Co-Founder, Jacob Mickle.

Claudia’s passion for beauty and sunless spray tanning began when she competed for beauty pageants. While competing in pageants, Claudia developed a passion for sunless tanning due to the confidence she gained before taking the stage by storm. Claudia couldn’t help but notice she wasn’t the only one to feel this way. Sunless tanning not only helped Claudia, but the women around her as well.

Every spray tan immediately made contestants feel more confident in her own skin. Blemishes that were there suddenly disappeared; it gave many of them the courage to over come their fears and others the confidence to stand in front of a judging panel and be interviewed by their role-models.

This inspired Claudia to launch Après Glow. Her vision for the company is to help women feel confident in their own skin and to take on the word by storm.
